Hot Water Extraction
The science behind a truly deep clean: heated solution, high-pressure injection, and full extraction — done right, every visit.

Our truck-mounted units heat water well above what a portable machine can reach, then inject it into the carpet under pressure alongside a pH-balanced cleaning solution. That combination breaks down oils, grime, and ground-in soil that vacuuming alone never touches.
Immediately after injection, the same pass extracts the solution back out — along with the dirt it loosened — so almost no moisture or residue is left in the pile. Less residue means carpets resoil more slowly and stay cleaner between visits.
- Truck-mounted extraction for maximum suction power
- 180°F+ solution temperature breaks down embedded soil
- High-flow rinse leaves no soapy residue behind
- IICRC-trained technicians on every job

Why the Method Matters
Not all extraction is equal equipment, heat, and technique change the result.
Truck-Mounted Power
Higher heat and suction than portable units, for a deeper rinse in fewer passes.
No Residue Left Behind
A thorough rinse means less soap left to attract new dirt after we leave.
Trained Technicians
Every technician is trained on fiber type, heat limits, and proper dwell time.
The same method behind every service we offer.
From a routine carpet cleaning to stain removal and area rugs, hot water extraction is the foundation — we just adjust heat, pressure, and solution to the material.
