1. Our Services

Compass Pro Clean provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Kansas. We communicate with you through various channels to answer questions, provide quotes, and schedule services.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for legitimate purposes and to provide accurate and truthful information. You must not use our services in an abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful manner.

3. Text Messages (SMS)

By opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive SMS from Compass Pro Clean related to customer service, quotes, appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. For help, reply HELP. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

4. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compass Pro Clean is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Quotes and information provided are estimates and may be subject to confirmation.

1. Entra no WordPress admin (compassproclean.com/wp-admin)
2. Páginas → Adicionar Nova
3. Título: “Privacy Policy” → cola o conteúdo → confirma que a URL (slug) fica privacy → Publicar
4. Repete para “Terms and Conditions” com slug terms
5. Confirma que abrem: compassproclean.com/privacy e compassproclean.com/terms

Dois pontos de atenção:

1. O site já tem uma “Privacy policy” (vi no rodapé do banner de cookies). Se já existe uma página de privacidade padrão do WordPress, você pode: ou editar a existente adicionando a seção de SMS (item 3), ou criar essa nova. Se criar nova com slug privacy e já existir outra, o WordPress pode gerar privacy-2. Então verifica antes se já há uma — e se houver, o mais limpo é editar a existente incluindo a cláusula de SMS, ou usar um slug diferente e único.
2. Substitui [EMAIL DA COMPASS] pelo email real deles nos dois textos antes de publicar.

Depois de publicar, o texto de opt-in do Twilio fica assim (agora coerente — tudo Compass):
